"Choose Life" plates are now available to all Ohio drivers.

This new plate can be purchased on the web. To do so you will need your existing license plate number and the social security number of the person the existing plates are registered to. There is a $30 fee for the new plates with a large portion of that fee going to the support the cause.

After a quick application process, your new plates will be mailed to you!

To get the new plate online, follow the instructions below.

To purchase the "Choose Life" plate follow these instructions.

Go to: www.oplates.com
Click the "Special Plates" button in the left side menu.
On the next page, choose the type of vehicle you drive.
On the next page, select the "Choose Life" plate from the list of plates.
On the next page, select the first option to be assigned a stock plate.
Continue on to the secured purchase area.

The plates will arrive in the mail. The renewal stickers for the plate will arrive in a seperate envelope.
